My Ramadhan Activities

   Hello, all! How are you all? Hope everything will be fine. Oh yes, this time I will share some of my activities during the month of Ramadhan.

   This year's Ramadhan is very special and pleasant to me. I can fast for a month. In addition, I can also perform the tarawih prayer in congregation in the mosque, read the Qur'an at home, listen to religious lectures, and zakat.
   In the evening, I pray the first tarwih in the mosque. Very busy people praying tarwih on the first night of Ramadhan. 

   During Ramadhan I did tadarus al quran. I read the Qur'an at home with my family. Reading the Qur'an is a very useful activity, it is fitting that we as Muslims should be more busy reading the Qur'an rather than doing things that are not useful.

Here are the virtues of reading the Qur'an:
1. Get multiple rewards
2. Promoted by Allah swt.
3. Get help on the Day of Judgment
4. Placed in the best place
From several hadiths that I have read, here is one of the hadiths about the reward of reading the Qur'an:
Rasulullah SAW said as follows: "Whoever reads one letter from the Qu'ran, he will get one good and from that one goodness multiplies into ten goodness. I do not say alif lam mim as one letter. But alif is one letter, alif one letter and lam one letter, one letter mim." (Narrated by Bukhari).

   Usually, once a week I listen to religious lectures. I usually listen to his religious lectures on youtube. We have to make the best use of the time of Ramadhan, because Ramadhan only arrives 1 year 1 time. In my photo, I saw a religious lecture on "virtues in the month of Ramadhan".

   During Ramadhan I also do zakat, I am happy because I can help people who are more in need.  There are also friends, very friendly zakat officers, and also lines of people lining up to pay zakat.

   Here are some of my activities during the month of Ramadan, hopefully our deeds of worship will be accepted by Allah SWT. I hope we can do well!

VACATION TO JOGJAKARTA

               During the school holidays, my family and I went to Jogjakarta, Indonesia to go to my grandmother's house and for vacation together, my family and I went to Jogjakarta by car.  While in Jogjakarta I visited various tourist attractions there, and of course the tourist attractions there are very beautiful and impressive for the tourists who visit there.

                First, I visited Malioboro with my family. Who doesn't know Malioboro? Malioboro is a place for a million people. When visiting Malioboro, tourists will be spoiled by the many traders selling various souvenirs typical of Jogja. This tourist spot is indeed very suitable for shopping enthusiasts who are dominated by women. So many unique souvenirs that can be obtained at low prices. Tourists can also taste various typical Jogja dishes such as gudeg, soto, sate klathak, fried chicken, etc. Dinner will taste even more delicious while enjoying the beauty of Malioboro which is very cool and peaceful. Not infrequently, street musicians will sing several songs that make the night more comfortable.

               Next, I visited Prambanan temple which is located on Jl.  Raya Solo - Yogyakarta No. 16, Kranggan, Bokoharjo, Kec. Prambanan, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region 55571. During weekends and national holidays, this temple is always crowded with tourists both from within and outside the country who come to this temple to see how beautiful Prambanan is. There, I can enjoy the beauty and beauty of Prambanan temple. I can also enjoy the exotic sunset at Prambanan temple in the late afternoon. Besides enjoying the beautiful sunset, I will also be able to walk around this temple area, because there is also a green garden filled with flowers, and I don't forget to buy some souvenirs that are sold in the Prambanan temple area, because there are so many souvenirs, cute ones for sale.

 

               The next day, I went to Borobudur Temple. The location of Borobudur Temple is in the Borobudur area, Magelang, Central Java. After parking the car, visitors are directed to the road to the drinking and dining area for visitors. Here traders invade visitors to offer food and drinks, which they think should not be sold in the temple area. There are many traders selling hats because according to them the temple area is quite hot in the sun. Some even rent out umbrellas.  Borobudur Temple is the largest and most luxurious Buddhist temple in Indonesia. The shape of this temple looks like a pyramid.  This temple has many reliefs and also a stupa. Due to the grandeur and size of the temple, it makes the temple's charm like a towering mountain. Even from a distance, the charm of this temple clearly shows.

  

               Two days after going to Borobudur Temple, I visited Kaliurang. Kaliurang Tourism is a mainstay tourist attraction in Sleman Regency on the southern slopes of Merapi. When I arrived at Kaliurang, I was blown away by its beauty and coolness. Yes, in Kaliurang, the atmosphere is very cold. In my opinion, we can make this cool and calm atmosphere as a medium for traveling just to release fatigue and stress due to the dense daily work. There are several alternative types of tourism that can be enjoyed in the Kaliurang tourism park area, including viewing posts to see Mount Merapi more clearly, Telogo Putri waterfall, Merapi museum, children's playground, camping ground, and others.

               The last day I spent in Jogjakarta walking around this very beautiful Jogjayakarta and buying some things and souvenirs for my friends such as key chains, t-shirts, and bags. My family and I chose to go home at night, because when we came home in the morning the road was jammed. I had a wonderful experience in Jogjakarta and fond memories with my family. Going to Jogjakarta is a very pleasant experience.
